2. Products

RYNSE sells cleansing wipes for personal hygiene. Product descriptions on this website are accurate to the best of our knowledge; images may differ slightly from the delivered product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is made in advance via iDEAL, Apple Pay or credit card, processed by Mollie. An order is only final after payment has been confirmed.

4. Subscriptions

With a subscription you authorise us (via a Mollie mandate) to charge the subscription price every month and to ship a pack after each successful payment. The price, frequency and amount are shown before you confirm. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect immediately for all future deliveries and payments. Loyalty benefits apply only while a subscription is active; after cancellation the loyalty status resets and a new subscription starts again at year 1. If a recurring payment fails, Mollie may retry it; after repeated failure the subscription ends.

5. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery time: [delivery time TBD]. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the EU are payable by the recipient.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the pack is unopened (for hygiene reasons opened packs are excluded, in line with EU consumer law). See Shipping & Returns.

7. Complaints

Contact hello@getrynse.example. We respond within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform.

8. Applicable law
